NailClue is a site to upload images of nail designs made by all persons that are members and enjoy this fashion. In our site we have a lot of nail designs made in salon or by our members.

Nickname

The name of the user to display it in "Nail Clue" is called "Nickname". The nickname who set is opened to the public to all internet user. You can set nickname in Nail Clue's member registration procedure.The number of characters that can be set is the maximum and is 40 characters.Moreover, there is no problem even if the same nickname as other people is set.

You can register on the home page of Nailclue.In your member page you can manage your collections, profile, nail upload designs, favorite members.

How to up load your nail design

You can upload your picture from your account page.The picture will be checked to confirm that it will be appropriate for the site.If the image is not appropriate it will be not published.

Picture management

Uploaded picture, you can check it current state.Before to be published it will be checked for our system to verify that it is appropriate for Nailclue site.If it is not, it will be removed in the next 24 hours.

Profile management

The information that you had register by profile management it will be displayed in member details page.

Favorite members

You can check form your member page the new Nail Design uploads from your Favorite Members.

About collection

The images that have been added by your favorite members you could not see it when these are deleted from the Member Collection.

Change of registration information

For the change of registration information, please enter to the page [Edit profile]

The information that can be changed is the following.
• Change password
• Nickname
• E-mail address

Keyword

About keywords

The keyword that are most searched by our users are on the “Tag Cloud”.A tag cloud is a text field where all the most searched words are highlighted in large font.

Registration category

About registration category

When your picture is uploaded you have to classified it with the different categories of our site.By keyword and category your picture will be found more easily for ours users also it will be highlighted in the tag cloud.

In order to publish a nail design, this must be an original copy or have the permission of a third person (a salon nail specialist). The images that infringe the copyright law, plagiarism or not be appropriate for our site will be rejected. But for images than can show enough originality while have some similarities with other images already published in the site could be accepted. ※Please be aware of this situation for not loose the right of publishing when the image is checked. Even the art characteristic used, images (silhouette) of celebrities, parody of originals images (included logos and spelling, also if the technique is the same even the content is different and will no be found the permission of the third person that made the design, will be rejected of our site. It will be next proceed to use the de copyright law.

About parody and plagiarism

Parody and plagiarism and is basically different."Parody" is inspired by the works of others, a new copyrighted work is created by one's own creativity.The "plagiarism" is not one of the most creative works with the images of others but (only changed the colors, layout and only in combination with others)."Plagiarism" is the act on the person infringe the works of the other.However in this site every day are a lot of images that are uploaded and we try our best of checked to the fullest to find plagiarism.Therefore the biggest responsibility relies on our members to upload images that not infringe the copyright or slander the works made by others.In our site we look forward to receiving your applications work in a parody of the original.
